We know that planning good lives with the people we love isn’t always easy, this is why we have developed the Hearing Families service. Making sure families and individuals have the tools to shape their lives, and then help others to do the same. The Hearing Families Service is a free service for families in Cornwall supporting someone with a learning disability or an autistic person. We use person centred planning tools to help people plan and organise their lives.
